The sand Gobreeds had to adapt and build in places with access to water. This caused many disputes and civil wars in the cities,a tyrant ruled the entire region and subjugated all the people. A

Oroya
Found in the street as a child by a thief, she was raised by him and his thieves' guild. As a child she was taught the art of assassination and stealth, although her father insisted that she perfect her skill with daggers, she preferred to use her whip. After a revolt in her region due to the dictatorship of the ruler, she, as an adult, and the thieves' guild overthrew the leader and proclaimed themselves the new rulers.
